For hazardous products and for items over £30 in value or over 2kgs in weight we use various ADR Couriers such UPS, DPD, TNT etc - This service is a fully tracked service, where in most instances, you will know exactly the location and date of delivery of your goods by logging on to their respective websites. 99% of parcels are delivered the next working day using this service. This service will require a signature, most couriers will attempt to deliver twice and after that, a card will be left and you will be expected to pick the parcel up from their local depot. If the parcel is still not collected it will be returned to us, where further delivery charges will be incurred. The courier service advertised is only for mainland UK (excluding The Scottish Highlands). Locations such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Scilly Isles etc will incur an "out of area" surcharge. Returns

We understand that from time to time you may need to return a product. For this we a created a fair 14 day from receipt policy for you to return your items. All we ask in return is that the returned items are unopened and sealed (any broken seals cannot be accepted as the integrity of the product would have been compromised) and the item is returned by the same shipping method that was used to dispatch it originally. The outward shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Should you be returning an item due to a fault of our own, we will guarantee to fully refund you of all your purchase costs and to cover your return shipping costs.
